These are small parcels that range from a third of an acre to about half an acre in size. These parcels are located with in city/town limits and are a part of an existing subdivision.

These surveys are variable in size and location. Usually these parcels are sized from a Half of an acre to Ten acres and may or may not be located in a City/Town or village. Learn more about residential property lines.

These parcels are outside of the city/town or village limits and can widely vary in size. This often involves trying to follow “in the steps of the previous surveyor”. The previous surveyor could now be the original government surveyor back in the early 1800(s).

In mapped areas by FEMA. A flood elevation certificate may lower or eliminate the need for flood insurance. Commonly if you have utilities inside your dwelling we will have to arrange a time to meet. Since we have to determine elevations at those utilities.

This service is used in public or private development. Involves the horizontal and vertical locations of features across the parcel. These could be streams, streets, parking lots, building, trees, dam and etc. This information aids in the design of the project for that area. This service is not limited to the outside world but also includes inside of buildings and exteriors.

Aids in the acquisition of land to be used for public benefit. Public benefit items are such things as roadways, electricity, water lines and etc.

Easement surveys define an area of a parcel for use that may benefit one or more parcels. Easements include items such as sewers, driveways, communication and so forth.
